What is Dare2Air?
Dare2Air is an inflatable theme park which boasts 8 different zones on one large inflatable. You’ll find a huge mix of activities that will appeal to everyone from 4 years+.
What should I wear?
Sports clothing with long sleeves and full length trousers is recommended. Also, make sure you bring socks (grip socks are not permitted).
Where can I put my belongings?
KAL have lockers outside the arena which take a £1 coin or trolley tokens. Pigeonholes are also available within the arena for shoes.
How long before a session do I need to arrive?
You will have a 1 hour bounce time from the booked session start time, not from arrival.
If you arrive early, you will not be permitted into the activity until the start of your booked session. If you arrive late, you will still be permitted entrance but will need to leave on the designated time, as per the booking. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your session as you will need to register at reception and may also need to use a locker.
What are the height restrictions / minimum age for Dare2Air?
There are no height restrictions. However, participants must be aged 4 years or over to use Dare2Air. As per the admissions policy, under 8’s must be always accompanied by an adult within the activity area.
Do I have to go on Dare2Air or can I just watch?
Adults are permitted to watch; they will be given a different coloured band, which must be worn.
I suffer from epilepsy; do you have flashing lights?
There are different coloured lights at Dare2Air but these should not set off an epileptic fit. However, if you are unsure, we would recommend a different Yeah! Days Out attraction.
Do you serve food and drinks?
We have a Cafe located in the Leisure Centre Cafe (please click here for more information) and water fountains to refill water bottles. Please note that food and drink are not permitted on the inflatable.
Do we allow spectators?
We allow spectators for Dare2Air in the seating area at the front of the attraction.
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
You are not permitted to bring food into the attraction. However, you can bring in drinks in plastic bottles as long as they are not taken onto the inflatable.
What is the general admissions policy?
All children under the age of eight should always be accompanied in the centre (including changing areas) by a parent/guardian. A parent/guardian, for the purpose of this guidance, is defined as someone over the age of sixteen, or younger if the person is the biological parent of the child or children.

What is Footgolf?
As the name might suggest, Footgolf is the perfect blend of football and golf! Players kick footballs into holes in as few shots as possible, making a great experience for the family, friends and even team building.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Players must be six years old or over and those aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 years or over).

No, football boots and studded/spiked shoes are prohibited.

Sessions are one hour including the briefing time. Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session’s start time.
Can my child go on Immerse on their own?
The pool admissions policy applies. Please look over this before you book.
Do you have to be able to swim to go on the inflatable?
No. However, non-swimmers or swimmers who are not able to complete a deep water 25m swim competently will be required to wear a life jacket.
Who must wear a life jacket?
Non-swimmers or swimmers who are not able to complete a deep water 25m swim competently. A swim test will be carried out at the start of each session.
Do I have to wear the life jacket for the full hour?
No, the life jacket is only required when you are on the inflatable.
If my child has a Keep Me Close band, do I have to go on the inflatable with them?
Yes, as they must remain within 3 metres of the adult as per the Keep Me Close policy. If you or your child falls off the inflatable, the person remaining on the inflatable must also climb off to swim to the side.
If my child can swim do I have to go on the inflatable with them?
No, if they have completed the swim test and have a wrist band you do not need to go on the inflatable with them.
Can my child wear their own armbands/buoyancy aids?
If they wish to go on the inflatable they must wear a life jacket provided. Unfortunately, other buoyancy aids are not permitted.
My child is under 3 years old so what can they do?
Children under 3 must remain with an adult in the half of the main pool where the fun floats and toys are located for the duration of the session.
I have 2 children; can I leave them in the Main Pool if I stay in the Activity Pool?
Any sessions in the activity pool are separate to immerse and must be paid for separately. However, if the party is attending separate sessions, then the admissions policy applies.
The KAL Swim Admission policies apply; therefore, if the child is over 8, they can be in the Main Pool alone. Children under 8 must be always supervised.
What is the pool admissions policy?
We do have adult to child ratios in Immerse; you can find these on our pool admissions policy.
We also strongly urge that when entering the water with children that, for those who are not confident, you keep them within 3 metres of your reach, in case of an emergency.
What should I wear?
Appropriate swimwear should be worn in all our pools. You can view a list of appropriate swimwear here.
Can children wear goggles at Immerse?
Goggles are not permitted when using the inflatable at Immerse.
Should swim nappies be worn?
If your child requires a nappy we do ask that a swim specific nappy is worn as accidents may result in a pool closure for a certain period until the relevant cleaning checks are carried out.
Do I have to attend the safety brief?
You must attend the safety brief for Immerse and complete a swim test. If you are late to the session after the safety brief has started or swim test completed then you must wear a lifejacket if you are under the age 16.
Do we allow spectators?
We allow for spectators to Immerse in the Main Pool. Spectators can sit in the spectators area of the pool.

What is included in a Mini Splash & Play session?
A dedicated 60-minute session designed exclusively for families with children under the age of five. Enjoy a playful environment with a selection of small poolside toys for children to enjoy. Please note that the Water Flume, Sidewinder and other large water features will not be in operation during this session.
Can I book two Splash Park sessions back to back for more time?
Yes! You can book two sessions back to back however you will receive separate tickets for each time slot that you’ve booked.
Can my child go in Splash Park on their own?
The pool admissions policy applies. Please look over this before you book.

Prescription glasses are permitted in the Splash Park however, they must not be worn on the slide.

If your child requires a nappy we do ask that a swim specific nappy is worn as accidents may result in a pool closure for a certain period until the relevant cleaning checks are carried out.
Swim nappies are included in the charge when purchasing a Splash Park ticket and can be collected from reception on arrival.
What temperature are the pools kept at?
The pool temperature is kept between 28-31 degrees.

This time allows for the attractions crew to register you for your game, to ensure it starts on time and you get to enjoy all the fun!
If we have been before, do we have to attend for the briefing session?
All participants are required to attend the briefing session for each game to ensure that they have a full understanding of the health and safety requirements of the game.
How do I track my score?
Wristbands provided will allow you to collect points and keep track of your TAG X score when you swipe against different illuminated TAGs hidden throughout the arena.
Why are the light beacons different colours?
The different coloured lights relate to the number of points that can be earned by swiping your TAG against that beacon:
Red = 250 Points
Purple = 200 Points
Blue = 150 Points
Green = 100 Points
Yellow = 50 Points
Can adults book and come without children?
Yes, TAG X is aimed at anyone aged 8 years or over.
Is there anywhere to leave my belongings whilst I am taking part in TAG X?
We do have lockers next to the TAG X arena; these just require a £1 coin (returnable).
My child is 6 years old but taller than 1.2 metres. Can they go on TAG X?
Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, players must be 8 years or over and 1.2 metres to participate.

What if my band stops working?
All Yeah! Days Out crew at the attraction carry spare bands. Should your band stop working, please tell a crew member immediately who will assign you a new band and then recalculate your score at the end of the game.
Can I wear a Burka whilst on TAG X?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety risks, the Burka cannot be worn around the neck whilst taking part in TAG X. However, hair can be worn in a bun or in a sports Burka.
Can my child go into the Stompers Play Gym after they have finished in TAG X?
Stompers Play Gym is for children 8 years or under,
