By booking your chosen activity, you agree to the following terms of use. If you are booking on behalf of anyone else, as the lead booker, you are responsible to ensure that everyone attending is aware and accepts these terms.
The following guidance is in addition to any terms & conditions relating to specific activities, events, or functions.
Terms and conditions
- All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated, please respect our staff and other customers.

Only tickets need to be purchased for children.
- If you have found something, please hand it in, if you have lost something, please let us know.
- You are not permitted to use our centres under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Please treat the building and any equipment with respect.
- KAL does not accept any responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by or to any person or the property of any person using or visiting the premises or the grounds of the premises.
- Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs are welcome.
- Please follow all rules relating to specific area and/or activities.
- Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 or over).
- Stompers Play gym is for children who are 7 years old or under.
- Please let us know if you have any behavioural concerns. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the child in their care and must always maintain supervision.
- Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence.
- All damages either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
- KAL reserves the right without prior notice to amend these conditions.
- Stompers Play Gym is not included in any membership.
- Children who are unwell, or who have been unwell should not participate in the activity for at least 48 hours.
- Please ensure children use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
- Children should leave badges and jewellery with a responsible adult. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times, by both children and adults.
- Play time is restricted to one and a half hours per session.
- We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times. Football shirts and items of clothing made from man-made fibres are not recommended.
- Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
- Please do not play in front of slide exits.
- Please do not climb on the netted walls.
- No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
- In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.
- Please use the toilets for nappy changing. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
- Only food purchased at the centre may be consumed on the premises.
Photography
Photography by customers for personal use in the following locations is permitted as long as the individual taking the photographs is not causing disruption to the operation of our facilities, activities or services:
- Reception and café areas
- Corridors and general seating areas
- Facilities that the customer has hired exclusively (for example: swimming pools, meeting rooms, children’s parties, sports halls)
- Fitness suites
- Group exercise studios
- Indoor activity areas (for example: sports halls, tennis courts, squash courts, soft play areas, TAG X)
- Outdoor areas (for example: football pitches, golf courses, driving ranges, running tracks and tennis courts).
Please only photograph your own children, family or group
